Mind over matter! That was the underlying emotion at my August 2019 corporate event .

Most high flying execs make various excuses for not taking their health seriously but this group of ‘Elite CISOs’ finished their 100th run last sunday and to commemorate their 100th run had invited me to help them on their journey forward.

The best part was the interactive Q & A. I usually keep them towards the end but these high energy individuals were full of wonderful and interesting queries.
