The CIO Klub Chennai and CrowdStrike collaborated this time for taking the message of wellness to a different set of participants during the Covid 19 pandemic. It was a great turnout with close to 150 registered participants where once again we discussed all aspects of health and wellbeing including fitness, it’s impact and desired outcomes during this time of solidarity and challenge. The session and Q&A pushed boundaries and made everyone reflect on the present and future possibilities.
